A: We PHNIX has full experience in the field of heat pumps for more than 19 years. PHNIX has kept growing rapidly during these years since it was established. In 2020, more than 60% of our heat pump products were exported to Europe, North America , Middle East, Australia, and other developed regions.

Q: Do you accept OEM & ODM?

A: Yes. We can produce PHNIX standard products under clients' brand, modify the products to satisfy client's personalized requirements and work together with clients to design and produce a totally new products.

Q: How about the channel management?

A: First, in order to lead global positive market competition, PHNIX will not sell the same product to two clients in one region. Second, we are willing to give the A-level agent rights, or even exclusive agent rights to clients with strong sales and service capability for certain market/product, who would enjoy our most competitive product price and tiered special discount for substantial order. Last but not least, for specific markets, we prefer to operate as a co-brand with our clients, or offer PHNIX’s own brand products and services to dealers.
