Product Description

The lead smelting furnace is used for the primary smelting process of lead. The lead smelting furnace is composed of welded-steel plate parts such as furnace top, furnace body, furnace liner, furnace bottom and tuyere device. The main raw materials of the lead smelting furnace are self-fluxing smelting furnace materials (lead concentrate, sintered lump ore, etc.) and coke. The furnace top temperature is 400-500 degrees. When closing furnace top, the furnace temperature is 1300-1400 degrees. The furnace has water jacket. The refractory material is used in the furnace body and the bottom of the furnace and the throat. The throat is the outlet of slag and blister lead. The refractory material is made of high-alumina brick, which has better slag resistance and erosion resistance.
