Qjb submersible mixer and  agitators are able to be located at any position. They have the best efficiency. They are widely used in waste water treatment plants and industry process to agitate the suspended substances contained water, watery slurry, icy water, liquid from industry process, roast liquid, etc. They can be also used to create water flow in the tank, to open up water channel, to oxygenate fishing pound, to prevent pound form icing.

Technical Parameters

Condition of Application

1. The highest temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40ºC.

2. The scope of pH value of the medium: 5-9. 

3. The density of the medium shall not exceed 1150Kg/m3.

4. The depth of submersion shall not exceed 20m.

Equipment Selection

For the purpose of fulfilling the optimum mixing function in different environment, we can supply multiple types of the submersible mixers to the uers and provide type selection service as well.  Please provide the following reference conditions: 

1. Mixer application environment, such as sewage tank, slag pond or biochemical pond. 

2. The parameters of the medium such as content of the suspended substances, temperature, pH value etc...

3. The shape of the pond, water depth and the mode of installation.  Meanwhile, it is also necessary to cansider the energy-saving factor, because this will influence the operating cost of the user in the future.
