1. Free sample marking
For free sample testing, please send us your file, we will do marking here and make video to show you the effect,or send sample to you for checking quality.

2. Before delivering the machine, we will do 18 hours testing, take photos and video, ensure machine can work and high quality,so you can use it directly when you got.

3. If you have problems while using, 18 hours online professional advice available.

4. Fiber laser source we warranty for 3 years ,the other parts of machine warranty for 2 years.

If problems within warranty period ,we do as following: 

> Electrical components: Switching power supply, AC contactor, Switch buttons. If have
quality problem in within 2 years,we sent to you a new one and free;
> Motherboard and galvanometer have quality problems, We will send the new one to you , But the customer needs to return the old part to us;
> If the laser source have quality problems,the user need send the fiber laser source back to
our company and we will repair it and send back to you free;
Note :Product damage by All man-made or accident are not covered.
