Decoil, level, measurement cut line

Use the lifting equipment to put the steel coil on the coil cart→ double wimble de-coil machine→ 7 roller leveler machine→ accumulator→ measurement facility→ hydraulic cutter→ transporter→ stow stand. Need one person to operate.

160T Punch

To form the cover and bottom by 160 T puncher, the raw material is single steel plate, loaded and unloaded  manually. Unit power is 15KW.
 
25Т or  40T Punch

To punch the pour oil hole and aerate hole on the cover, to connecting the worm parts on the drums cover by 4 sets of J23-40 or J23-25 type press, manual operated. Unit power: 4KW.
 
Rounding machine

The rounding machine is 3 rollers type , driven by motor, the radius adjustable, special guide plate is equipped to make the steel plate two ends of the edge minimum. Unit power: 4 KW.
 
Flange machine

The machine put the drum body to insert the forming mold plate, move front and back together to form the flange directly. Flange precision is perfect, working more efficiency, it is proper to use for cold rolling steel plate, PLC control, hydraulic driving. Unit power: 11K W
 
Corrugating machine

The machine makes the corrugate on the drums body from the two ends of drums body at the same time. Two rolls extend to the drum body inner and out at the same time to form the corrugate, the roller is driven by the motor and press the roll running, the hydraulic cylinder put the up roll down, two roll clamp the drum body turning, to complete the corrugate form. The machine is controlled by PLC, hydraulic driving,. Unit power 22KW.
The machine can make and press W type beading or corrugate, can make the W type beading and the corrugate at the same time, based on change the roll and wheel. (W type beading can be reduced the out side size of the drums, it is easy for transportation)
 
Beading machine

Left and right main shaft driving box put the beading heads extend to the drum body inside, the beading cylinder piston extend ahead, 8 pieces bevel mold move toward outside radius direction, to complete the beading form, the beading height is 12mm and can be adjustable. The machine is controlled by PLC, hydraulic driving, unit power 18KW.
 
Seaming machine

 To put the drum cover and bottom on the loading stand by manual, with drum body auto load press and seam the drums. Double motors and two main shafts running, this is new type construction in this field, drive the seam machine.
The seam machine roll wheels are driven by hydraulic, easy to adjust, PLC controlled, unit power 33KW.
 
Leakage testing machine

Horizontal type test, air press 0.03Mpa. Manual spray the soap water, manual test the leakage. There are two type of test leakage machines, one is PLC control, hydraulic driving, another is simple, normal control, pneumatic testing machine.

 3. COST OF INSTALLATION:
The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD100 one man one day). To the seller's appointed account by T/T before the seller's technicians go to the buyer's factory. The buyer pays the seller's technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
