Material storage silo
MG full automatic dry mortar plant equip100T material storage silos, the silo can be used to storage cement, sand, flyash, aggregrate. It also can equip bucket elevator to fill the silos as customer requirement.
Weighing hopper
MG full automatic dry mortar plant equip automatic weighing hopper, it can realize automatic feeding and automatic dosing of the raw material, controled by the PLC control cabinet.
Name: Double shaft paddle mixer
MG New type of double shaf paddle mixer introduce german technology, can mixer material with high efficiency and uniformally, it can mix one batch material within 3-5 minutes, it also equip fly cut system for fiber breaking.
Name: Finish product hopper
It used to storage finish product and fix under the mixer, and also it equip ribbons to realize second mixing, make sure the mixing of product more uniformally and product not block when packing.

MG Valve port packing machine can pack dry powder material from 15-50kg per bag adjustable, It can pack one 25kg bag within 6 seconds, the accuracy is very good, it can be 99.8%

MG Impulse dust collector is mainly designed for dry mortar machine dust collecting, it equip pulse solenoid valve and can realize automatic dust remove.

It use automatic PLC control system and touch screen system to realize automatic control.
Steel platform
