Product Description
Applications:
The double shaft horizontal mixer (non-gravity particle mixer or double-shaft paddle mixer) produced by our company is widely used in the processing of materials in the chemical, pesticide, dye, beverage, food additive and other industries. Can be solid-solid (powder and powder) mixing, solid-liquid (spray liquid in powder) mixing. It can also be mixed under vacuum. This machine has the characteristics of fast mixing speed, high mixing accuracy, no segregation, mild mixing and low energy consumption, large loading coefficient, stable operation, sealed operation, no environmental pollution, convenient installation, use, maintenance and repair.
Working principles of Dry Gypsum Blender:
(1)The machine is equipped with two stirring shafts with many blades on it. The blades rotate in opposite directions to force the material to make spiral movement.
(2)When the material reaches one side of the machine, the shafe will turn it over to the other side where there is another shaft making the same movement.
(3)When the crossed blades are moving, a fluidized weightlessness and rotation vortex is formed in the center of the chamber.
(4)According to the movement locus of the material in the weighelessness mixer, the space can be devided into three zones: The rotation zone, the revolution zone (circumferential movement) and the weightless zone, which will form a full cycle to achineve the rapid mixing purpose.

Double shaft paddle mixer is an ideal mixing machine with low-speed, high-efficient and energy-saving characteristics. 3~8min/batch can reach uniform mixing (common material). Stable discharging, no material leaking, large adjustment range of load quantity, 60%-70% load can reach ideal mixing effect.

Operation requirements:
(1) Rated working pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa. Air supply keeps the working pressure of cylinder higher than 0.6Mpa.
(2) Air seal main shaft, work pressure: 0.1-0.2Mpa.
(3) Turn on mixer and then feeding, after discharging then turn off.
(4) Metal or impurity with size over 3mm is forbidden to mixer.
(5) Feed additives after half main materials are fed inside the mixer, spray oil after all main materials within the mixer, discharge all materials after even mixing.
(6) Common mixing time is 3-8min/batch, special material mixing time can be set by customers.
(7) The fineness of mixed material is 20-400 meshs
(8) Carbon steel mixer forbidden mixing corrosive materials.
