1. I want to transport 20kg / h powder material. Which feeder should I use?
The cross-sectional area of the tank body and the stacking density of materials determine the conveying capacity. So please provide the bulk density (or false density) of your materials and your transportation distance. We are here to help you with your selection and quotation. 2. Could we customize the shape of the tray (tank)?
Our tray have tube, open square tank and closed square tank. The tank size is designed according to the customer's requirements. In addition, the tank can be sprayed with ECTFE, ETFE, PE lining plate or hardfacing plate.
3. Is there controller for the electromagnetic vibration feeder ?
Yes , there are the controller for the electromagnetic vibration feeder. Control model have 1-5V or 4-20mA. To control different speed.
4. How long does the delivery time?
After both parties have determined the drawings, the delivery period is 20 working days for less than 50 sets.
5. Can you carry it with angle?
It is often used for horizontal conveying. Up no more than 7 degrees mounting angle.
