The HLJ model horizontal type EPS concrete plate machine designed by Haitian company is mainly used to produce three different types panels:

1. CLC hollow core wall panel
2. Gypsum wall panel
3. MGO wall panel

4. EPS cement sandwich wall panel

*The thickness and length can be adjusted, thickness (60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 200mm) can be produced. Length 2.4-3.0m.

Mixing platform&Mixer

Measuring materials. Weighing system uses the gravity center of the pressure sensor structure measuring scale design, measuring
scale adopts anti vibration and abrasion-proof , the accuracy of measurement is always guaranteed in construction process. We
adopt double-shaft mixer, which has compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable running, convenient operation, high production
efficiency.

Double shaft mixing machine ,fully stirring and no blocking,fully sealed design.
Adopt famous electric appliance such as Schneider.

Puming system

Pumpm mixing material into the mold car, it can avoid the air holes.

MOVABLE/FIXED FEEDING SYSTEM

The feeding machine can be moveable or fixed, matched well with mold car, easily operate

→Pull out the panels automatically, it can pull out 20 panels at one time
