Product Application

1.Component Unit: The crane is simply constructed by girder, end carriages, hoisting unit and elecrical control. The design is based on the principle of maximum functions with minimum component units and free maintenance.

2.The electric hoist trolley adopt CD/MD type steel wire rope electric hoist trolley, the standard traveling speed of crane is 0-20m/min, standard traveling speed of trolley is 0-20m/min. As for lifting speed, frequency control makes it has optional speed besides the standard speed to meet customers different requirement.

1. Main girder

Main girders are fabricated,plate box in construction or standrad I-beam rolled steel sections bolted to end carriages

2. End carriage

END Carriage with two main beam webs, rigid connection with the main beam. When calibration crane, placed on the main beam webs, after adjustment good crane span, the main beam can be completed securely connecting plate welding. Main beam can be calibrated separately with end carriage transport, installation, just the main beam webs and end beams are bolted to complete the installation.

3. Electric wire rope hoist

Electric wire rope hoist has high lifting speed for faster handing; high efficiency due to 20% longer service life.

4. Electric box

Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.
