3. Pelletizing chamber: mainly contain rind die and rollers

3.1 Ring Die: Made of high quality alloy steel with good abrasion resistance, strong breaking capacity and

      good corrosion resistance, the surface hardness of the rind die can be up to HRC 53 to 59 processed

      by forging, turning, polishing and nitriding treatment.
3.2 Die Holes: straight hole type, feeding orifice should be bigger than the die aperture to facilitate raw

      material into the die.
3.3 Aperture ratio: in order to improve the production output , it will choose the appropriate opening rate

     according to the aperture size, generally speaking it will be chosen between 20-30%.
3.4 Ring die thickness: it relates to the aperture and material characteristics, for different raw material, it

      needs to adopt the best thickness and aperture ratio in order to obtain high quality pellet feed.

3.5 Roller: generally made of high carbon alloy steel and its hardness is higher than or equal to the ring

      die hardness.In order to enhance their ability for grabbing,the roller surface is full of grooves along the

      axial direction to increase friction and reduce wear resistance.
3.6 Clearance between rind and roller: if gap is too smaller, it will increase mechanical abrasion between

      ring die and roller ;If gap is too big, raw material is easy to slip between the ring die and roller to affect

      raw material extrusion and worsen feed quality.General clearance is about 0.1 to 0.4 mm.
