Plastic Pressure waterproof screw vent plug M12 has been widely used in protective automotive electronics unit or control module.
m12 air vent plug can rapidly exchange of air in response to pressure changes — in other
words, they allow the enclosure to breathe. By keeping the pressure differentials low, seal fatigue and housing stresses are minimized. The result — improved reliability and extended product life.

Installation Suggestions
1.Install on a vertical surface which no water or other contaminants;
2.When the housing thickness is ＞3mm,
it is suggested punching M12*1.5mm
threaded hole and use silicone O-ring to
seal the entrance;
When the housing thickness is ≤3mm, it is suggested punching ø12.2± 0.1mm straight hole and lock with nut. Flat silicone ring
would seal the entrance.
3.Mounting torque：0.7N.m(The recommended compression ratio of O-ring is 50%)
