Automatic facial tissue paper folding machine

This model is designed to produce “link type” box-drawing facial tissue, 

that’s mean, each sheet link together, draw the top tissue , the head of next sheet will come out the box. 

And this machine can produce either embossed or without embossed for customers’ selection.

 It has a feature of tight structure, easy operation, stable operation and elaborate designed.
This machine can equip with single color printing or double color printing unit.

1.1 Equipped with steel to rubber embossing roller, pneumatically separating.
1.2 Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatic paper driving, stepless speed adjustment.
1.3 Equipped with vacuum pump for stable running of the machine.
1.4 Pneumatic dot slitting to make various products width.
1.5 Jumbo roll guiding system available.
1.6 The machine will stop when the paper broken
1.7 two jog buttons to thread the papers
1.8 Key parts regularly lubricating automatically.
