Working principle
The raw materials, being fed into the grinding chamber by auger slowly, are impacted, crashed, sheared by rotor and stator at high speed into super fine powder. The powder size is determined by the rotary speed of classifier. So there is no mesh sieve in the unit. The speed of classifier is controlled by inverter. The faster the classifier rotates, the finer the powder is. When the powder reaches the desired size, it is sucked out by fan into cyclone. Most powder are discharged via rotary valve. A little of superfine powder, as they are too light, are sucked into dust collector and filtered by pockets.
