KBK track systems & accessories
KBK systems are always attached to a roof or a supporting structure, they do not require any valuable floor space like other ground-level handling equipment. In addition, the system is highly versatile, since all connections are bolted or fitted. KBK installations can be converted or extended and, therefore, adapted to changing requirements on site at any time.
The KBK crane construction kit is a modular system of components used to build suspension monorails and suspension crane installations in the load capacity range up to a maximum of 3200 kg (max. 2000 kg for KBK Aluline).
Owing to the large number of standardized components, virtually any handling task can be implemented. The range of possible solutions includes simple manually driven workplace cranes and complete material flow systems featuring drives and fully automatic control systems. Solutions can be provided for handling loads within an area or along a certain production line.
