Mainly used for grinding various paints, inks, oil paints, plastics and other paste materials.(However, it is not suitable to grind materials with acid and alkali composition or enough to cause roller corrosion)

Product Detail                                                      

1. Roller: the grinding effect is achieved by squeezing the surface of three horizontal rollers and rubbing at different speeds. The rotation direction of the three rollers is different (the rotation speed increases successively from back to front), which can produce a good grinding effect.

Working Principle                                                

Three rollers are mounted on the rack with the center on the same plane. The three roller grinder achieves the grinding effect by squeezing each other on the surface of three horizontal rollers and frictional shearing at different speeds.
