Sunray pleating machine for skirt is designed with computer control and without computer control.
Computerized Sunray pleating machine (the red machine) for skirt for both sunray and accordion as below.
While, non-computerized Sunray pleating machine (the yellow machine) for skirt fo sunray only. And, Ration of top/bottom is fixed as 1/3.

FAQ
We totally have model ZJ-217, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, ZJ-616, ZJ-816 fabric pleating machine.
►ZJ-217 is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types.
To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it.
►ZJ-416 pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothpick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb.
►ZJ-516 pleats accordion but is merely applicable for sun-ray fabric piece / panel.
►ZJ-616 pleats vertical pattern too, typical is curtain. Difference between model ZJ-516 and model ZJ-616 is fabric shape. The former is sun-ray, the latter is rectangle or square.
►ZJ-816 isn't so prevalent like the above models, it is kind of shrinking pleating. Its feature is Roller type decides pleat pattern. Please vide our product ZJ-816 machine separately.
