Working principle: When the structure of rotating machinery in electrical system is rotating continuously at 360°,to guarantee the continuous power supplying of electric system ,the side of cable is equipped carbon brush, which get in touch with copper ring and rotate continuous at 360°and transfer the power to one side of cable.
