PERFORMANCE AND STRUCTURE

The cut to length line is used to get flat sheets from steel coils after 7-8 working procedures.

The total line is CNC control.

After operator put coil onto the loading cart, the following procedures will finish automatically.

The touch screen in the controlling table will allow operator to input parameters required.

The total line is easy to operate.

Such a line normally containing below working procedures:

1.unloading cart (optional)

2. uncoiler 

3. shoveling and pressing device

4. correcting facility 

5. pinching 

6. leveling (four high structure)

7. length fixing 

8. shearing 

9. stacking (optional)

10. electric control system

11. hydraulic control system

uncoiler

This uncoiler part is used to open the coil. 

For 6-25 mm thickness coil, normally uses symmetric structure of uncoiler. 

This structure can bear 30 ton coil max.

pressing and shoveling device

This device is used to guide the head of the coil into pinch roller smoothly.

correcting facility

This facility can protect the coil run without deviation.

It is located before the leveling machine.

two pinching and leveling machine

There is one pair of pinching rollers before the leveling machine.

The leveling machine is four high structure, 5 pcs of rollers in all (3 up 2 down).

This part of machine can flatten the coil from uncoiler and the send the coil into the shearing machine to get plates in required length.

shearing machine

After the length fixing facility, the shearing machine can cut the coil into required length. 

So customers can get plates in the end, such as 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m etc.

All figure can input into PLC, the total machine will run automatically.

controlling table

This controlling table structure is designed by our engineers. It is really smart and practical.

PLC and all controlling buttons are in the table.

Operator can input figures according to real requirements and press start button to make the total line work.
