PET BOTTLE WASHING & RECYCLING LINE.
1. PET cleaning equipment, fully automatic production line, is an equipment specially used for crushing and cleaning waste mineral water bottles and other PET plastics.
2. A new generation of high-efficiency and water-saving equipment has been developed after repeated trials by scientific research departments.

Machine Details
1.0 Metal chain conveyor
(sink into ground)
Manually release packed PET bottles by cutting the steel wire and convey to the next machine.
2.0 Bale breaker
Disperse PET bottles which can be easier to handle.
3.0 Double screw loader
Used to convey material into next machine.
4.0 Trommel
Used to separate small impurities such as, metal, soil, sand, stone, etc.
5.0 Belt conveyor
Used to convey material into next machine.
6.0 Label remover
Remove labels attached on bottle surface.
7.0 Bottle washer
To remove impurities, soil and soil by inject high pressure water. The friction plates inside tank are made of special

8.0 Steel platform
To place the manual sorting table. The main frame adopts thick square tube and I-beam steel.

Manually sort out labels and other impurities.
10.0 Metal detector and automatic separation device
Detect metals, when metal detected, device will collect metal without stopping the machine.
11.0 Crusher
To crush material into small sizes. With water to clean material and cool blades during crushing.

Make remaining label, caps and other impurity float and separate from PET flakes. With washing function for PET flakes.
15.0 High speed dewatering machine
To make PET flakes dried. Also with high speed friction to clean PET flakes further (get rid of glue, dirties, oil, detergent and etc.).
16.0 Two way screw conveyor
Two convey material in next two machines at same time.
17.0 Hot washer
Use hot water mixing with caustic soda or other detergent to remove oil, glue and other impurities.
With special design to discharge impurities which float on the water (such as label, bottle caps, etc). This design will improve washing effect.
18.0 High speed friction washer
To remove remaining caustic soda and other impurities by water and high speed friction.
The friction plates inside tank are made of special wear-resistant steel for durability.
19.0 Z type label remover
To separate remaining label and dust from PET flakes.
20.0 Silo
To temporarily store PET flakes.
21.0 Electric cabinet
To control the whole line and each machine unit.
