HDPE butt fusion welding machine welding method
1. Fix the pipe on the machine frame, with 5-8 cm between the two pipe end.
2. Put the milling cutter in the machine frame, adjusting the pressure of the milling cutter and cutting two pipe end. When
receive continuous cutting, reduce the cutting pressure and withdrawal the cutter in order to keep smooth of the pipe's end.
3. When the welding plate keep the stable temperature, put it in the machine frame and welding the pipe, please adjust the welding time and pressure according to the pipe size and environment.
4.Finished welding, fusion the pipe at the first time, please adjust the pressure according to the pipe size.
5.When the temperature of the fusion side is cooled, move the pipe from the the frame, the strength of welding part will be same as pipe itself.
