Pcb temperature control heating platform
1. Aluminum plate was made used the thickness 20 mm aluminum materials. The surface is very bright.The aluminum plate was fixed with 4 screws.which is very convenient for remove and appropriate for the long-term maintenance and replacement of heat pipe.2. Using 1.5mm thickness 304 mirror stainless steel. With hot-anti radiation effect. Improving energy saving rate and isolate the temperature of the platform. to spread to the cabinets. and make the box to keep the lowest temperature about 40 degree. and make the wires and component keep long life.
3.304 stainless steel pipe pillars. it can allow the aluminum platform keep horizontal state.
4.The preheating board case was made by 1.2mm cooling-plate; was prayed by metal painting through high temperature baking. To make sure that discoloration. The surface is bright and clean.
5.Heating switches: when connect the switch with power supply. The constant temperature plating begin to heat.
6. The heating lamp. When opening the heat switch. The light is on.But when this lamp constantly is lighting. The temperature didn’t reach the set value. When the lamp flashes. So it reached the constant temperature.
7.Power supply lamp. When the power supply cord is connect with the plug and the lamp will be light. As long as 220ACV Power supply is normal. Light bright constantly. If the light was off. There is no power supply.
8. Smart Temperature controller. The Temperature controller is the High-Grade item which was researched and developed by our company. With PID microcomputer blurring operation. It can adjust the parameters automatically. With double row digital tube decimal point. Display. The control accuracy up to 0.2 degrees as well as stable performance. The using life is 10 years.

A: These are all heavy machines; we suggest you use cargo ship. But components for mending the machines, air transportation would be fine.

A: After buying our machines, your engineers can go to our company or our engineers go to your factory if require, and we will train them how to use these machines.
Q: Is it hard to use these machines?
A: No, not hard at all. For our previous clients, at most 2 days is enough to learn to operate the machines.

A: All of our machines have passed CE certificate, ISO14001(BCC), ISO9001(IQNET) and have own patent.
