Air atomizing nozzles atomize fluids by creating a very fine spray. Liquid and compressed air (gas) are used to produce a mist of atomized liquid at low pressures.
1) Air and liquid mix inside the nozzle,produce wide angle full cone spray patter
2) Air and liquid flow rates affect each other
3) Internal mix structure produce the finest atomization
4) Not suitable for atomizing of viscous liquid

Perform like Internal Mix Atomizing Nozzles but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. They mix liquid and compressed air inside the nozzle to provide fine atomization. They can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 300 cP. Both liquid and air feeds require pressurization.
Ideal for creating fine mists for dust control, lubrication, and protective coatings prior to packing
Available in multiple patterns and volume flows
All parts consist of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability
