Product Information
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. Wood pellet can be made from any type of Agro-Forestry waste: Groudnut-shell, Sugarcane Biogases,Caster Shells/Stalk, Sawdust,Coffee Husk,Peddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Cotton Stalks, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste, Mustard Stalk, Jute Waste, Bamboo Dust, Tea waste, Wheat Straw, Palm husk, Soybeans husk, Coir Pitch Barks/Straws, Rice Husks, Forestry waste, Wood Chips and many other Agro wastes. But the content should be less than 12%, grain size is below 5*5mm.
Model plate: The diameter of the finished pellet are depends on the diameter of the model plate hole, and we can offer the diameter from 2.5m-8mm.The Model plate is easy to change. You can get different size(2.5-8mm) pellet with one machine.
Raw Material: the materials such as the rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell; branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop straws; rubber; cement, ash and other chemical materials.
