BOXIN MACHINERY is a professional manufacture to do waste plastic washing machine, plastic pelletizing line , plastic shredder machine. New steam washer machine has a special design for discharging the label and bottle cap which float on the water.This new design improves the quality of the clean flakes.
Description:
- This pet washing and pelletizing line is used for crushing, washing and drying waste PET bottle, drinking water bottles, cola bottles etc.
- The material will stay at hot washer for 8-10 minutes, and the hot washer steamer feed with chemical (caustic Soda/NaOH/or other detergent) , and the temperature should be keep 90-95℃.
- This system can be used Gas, electric and diesel to steam the hot washer according the customer requirement.
- All the material with water is made by 304 stainless steel.
- Label remover of PET washing line can be remove 90-95% label.
