DW-2KW Portable Induction Heater is one kind of portable and mobile induction heater integrated water and air cooling system.To heat different kind of work-pieces, a wide range of coils can be used without changing the system’s set-up—simply change the coil and keep on working.

Can be used for heating and brazing various material,such as steel and copper, can also heat and solder different kind of products,such as steel round rod and flat sheet,copper and brass tube,bolts,nuts,shafts,bearings,round steel,sheet,and so on.

Especially used for soldering and brazing the copper tube when install the air condition,no need to use the gas fire anymore.

1) Attach a coil (don't need any tape),

2) Connect supply voltage,

3) Add cooling water. In our machine with closed cooling systems.

4) Set power outputs
