GZG01 Automatic Colorful Toothpaste Filling and Sealing Machine

1. Application and function

GZG01 is a new type of color striped toothpaste filling and sealing machine developed from GZ05 automatic filling and sealing machine. The machine has international patent. It is suitable for filling and sealing composite or plastic tubes of semiliquid products. It adopts inner hot air mechanism for the adhesion and sealing of tubes or automatic tube tail folding mechanism. It can realize multi-color filling and sealing for products.

 

Tubes are arranged on the large cassette for loading by automatic lifting device. The device can rotate tubes from horizontal to vertical. Tubes are automatically inserted into the positioning tube socket. The socket and aluminum tubes will rotate together with the turntable. When they turn to the filling station, the tapered cylinder will inject the ointment into the fixed tubes automatically and preciously through the turning valve. After injection, the turntable continues to rotate. Tubes will be heated by electric heating and sent to gripper and scissor stations,where ends of tubes can be trimmed and sealed by manipulators. Finally, automatic tube-out system will push processed tubes out. All the tubes will be sent to the tube container outside.

 Main features

A.     Proportion of color strip can be adjusted automatically. The strip is stable and beautiful.

B.     The fault self-inspection system ensures high filling and sealing precision. No tubes, no filling. Poor beam-focusing would stop filling process. Broken tubes are rejected automatically.

C.     SIEMENS PLC controls the speed and frequency. Text display can show texts in both English and Chinese on the color touch screen.

D.     Double pumps, synchronous belt.

E.     It adopts inner hot air mechanism for the adhesion and sealing of tubes or automatic tube tail folding mechanism. When changing tubes, one just need to set the corresponding working temperature.

F.      It adopts organic glass, stainless steel, and the fully closed structure.

G.    The parts touching paste adopt stainless steel material which ensures safety and sanitation.
