KMECO 57070 Aluminium Alloy for drying bottles air knife with compressed air
PRODUCTS DETAILS:
Intended Use: blows air to accelerate the drying time of waterborne and solvent paint coatings. It amplifies the air intake thanks to the venturi air injection principle
Efficient: Air consumption is 16.5 CFM @ 3.5 bar (50psi)
Recommended working pressure is 2-5 bar (29-73psi)
Flexible: Handheld or stand mounted. Has an independent adjustable air intake valve to control output. It is ergonomically designed for precise positioning and comfort. It also has an easily removable stainless steel air intake filter to prevent contamination
Rugged: Made of corrosion resistant polished aluminum alloy or 316SS
Application:
1. The automotive industry: used for blowing in the manufacture of additional water, cooling liquid, dust, debris, etc., as well as steel plate spray before cooling, drying, dust.
2. The electronics industry: electronic circuit board drying fast before assembly.
3. Canned drinks and bottles: beverage bottle label, inkjet or packaging, bottle or bottle of water and attachments blowing.
4. Chemical industry: labeling or packaging, the surface of chemical substances or water blowing.
