2.Why you charge for customized sample?
Dear customer, every customized watch will cost the material labor. So we charge for sample normally and request payment first.

3.When will you receive the products?
It depends on what shipping methods you choose.
Our first option is DHL, it's the most saftest and fastest shipping method, but the freight is paid by buyers. You can receive goods within 3- 7days.

4.What is your lead time?
For our existing stock goods, we will ship goods within 2 working days after payment.
For your customized goods, it usually can be finished in 7days.

MOQ is 10 piece, but when you buy 50+pcs, you will get wholesale price.
