PU casting wheels for forklift
Hard wheels, can be made holes directly.
General wheels can be cast with good physical properties
Properties:
It is of low viscosity, process at low or medium temperature, fast cycle time, non toxic, no odor, final part is of good tensile strength, adjustable hardness range, good rebound, low compression set, good abrasion resistance.
Application:
It can be used to produce various kinds of polyurethane parts with physical properties and strength requirements, such as mining fine sieves, high resilient rollers, cotton picker fittings, etc. Note: this material needs to be processed by multi component casting machine.
