BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Carbonization furnace is a highly efficient equipment which is subjected to dry distillation, oxygen-free carbonization and high carbonization rate under high temperature conditions in a furnace. 

The raw materials can be wood chips peanut shells, plant straws, and bark including carbonaceous wood materials (particles having a volume of 15 mm or less).The flue gas generated in the carbonization process of the carbonization furnace is subjected to a process of spraying, cooling, purifying, etc., so that the generated combustible gas is used for secondary combustion. 

By circulating in this way, the carbonization furnace acan energy-saving effect. Moreover, in this process, the flue gas is purified in the pipeline, the smokeless gas in the production environment is environmentally friendly, and the national exhaust gas emptying standard is reached.

Main carbonization furnace

At present, there are three types of carbonization furnaces. 

Common type (can only be used to produce charcoal, can not collect gas); Wood carbonization equipment (for carbonized branches, wood blocks, coconut shells, corner blocks in furniture factories, etc.) ;

The gasification furnace device recovers the gas into a gas for the carbonization furnace for self-use or other); 

The carbon powder production line (for the production of carbon powder, the rice husk, sawdust, and bamboo can be carbonized into carbon powder to be processed into activated carbon).

STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE

1. The smokeless carbonization furnace uses a self-produced gas furnace as a heat source,and distributes air into the burner. The outlet temperature of the burner can reach 800°C~1200°C, and the flow rate can reach 3~5 meters per second. The high-temperature airflow is heated in the periphery of the combustion chamber.

2. It should be noted that when heating, the furnace temperature is between 100 °C and 150 °C, which is a large value of moisture in the furnace. When the raw material rod is put into the furnace, it takes into 4~8% water, 1700kg raw materials can bring more than 100 kg of water. These waters are the enemy of carbonization, because the mechanism carbon sticks are afraid of moisture, the water is pulverized into powder, which seriously affects the quality of carbonization. Therefore, the moisture removal system taking 1-1.5hours is essential.

3. When the temperature of the furnace in the carbonization furnace rises to 300 °C, a large amount of flammable gas is generated in the furnace. Each kilogram of raw material theoretically produces three cubic methane gas, which can be carbonized and heated. And the temperature of the furnace can be adjusted at will. The low temperature carbon is generally above 400 ° C (8 hours can be completed), and the high temperature carbon is above 600 ° C (completed in 10 hours).

Attention :
When the carbonization furnace is first ignited or turned off in the middle, it is necessary to open the side to close the fire door to prevent too much flammable gas in the furnace, and abruptly combustion when igniting, which is harmful to human safety.
