Product Description of Lignum Carbonization Machine Furnace

 

Lignum Carbonization Machine Furnace is used firing bamboo or wooden into charcoal. It is a hot type of gas flow carbonization stove. It's easy to operate that several stoves can be cared by one person.

 

Capacity	deal with around 4 tons briquettes or wood per per day (3sets main furnace+ 9inner baskets+ crane system)
Three inner baskets diameter	1460mm, 1430mm, and 1400mm, height is 1.52m, so the inner stove, volume is 2.54 CBM,2.43CBM and 2.34CBM

The main furnace includes three sets Carbonization furnace and a group Smoke treatment system.

 

 

New model smoke and tar oil treatment system

 

The new model smoke and tar oil treatment is our latest design, also we are doing the test in our factory, it is with very good result, can deal with around 90-95% smoke in the carbonization process, with the spraying system, also inside pipes are doing the rust-proof inside, and fan, motor speed can be adjustable.

It is with 5pcs tank in total.
