The ready pizza dough from Zimi Psahnon is produced with leaven and olive oil. Add the ingredients of your choice and enjoy easy and fast, fluffy homemade pizza, made by you. The dough is ideal for making peinirli too.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the pizza dough from the box and allow it to thaw well at room temperature for about 2 hours. Unfold the dough together with the grease-proof paper and leave until it rises to double its size. Do not attempt to unfold if not completely defrosted otherwise the sheet will break.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, water, olive oil 4%, sugar, milk powder, salt, leaven 1%(wheat flour, water), yeast, flour improver:(ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate)
