75% of Italpizza production consists of frozen pizzas. The most up to date technology lowers the temperature to -40° C immediately after cooking in order to reach the optimum temperature of -18°C. Thanks to this process, the healthiness of the product is guaranteed and maintained for the entire shelf life of the product ( 12/15 months).
