A.Product introduction

This equipment is based on Volkswagen passat B5 automobile body electrical system, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of automobile instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system, and providing terminal wiring function of the student circuit.

Ii. Functional requirements

1. A real running automobile body electrical system fully displays the composition and structure of automobile instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system.

2. Operate various electrical switches and buttons to truly demonstrate the working process of automobile instrument system, lighting system, lighting system, wiper system, starting system, charging system and ignition system.

3. Each electrical component line terminal on the practical training platform panel is equipped with a wiring plug. Refer to the supporting circuit diagram or maintenance data, and connect with the middle wiring harness, which can exercise the students' ability to read drawings and terminal wiring.

4. The training platform panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of various circuit elements of the automobile body electrical system, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals.

5. The bottom frame of the training platform is constructed of aluminum alloy profiles, beautiful and elegant, with self-locking castor device, flexible, safe, reliable and durable.
