Industry sawdust dryer prepare suitable moisture raw material for biomass briquette press. For briquetting press, it is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good reasult of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.

Advantages :

Product features of industry sawdust dryer :
1. In hot air stream 95% to 98% of moisture can be evaporated immediately;
2. Quick drying speed: the surface area of material liquid through atomizing is increased greatly;
3. Product has good uniformity, fluidity, solubility, high pure and quality;
4. For liquid containing 0-60% of damp(special may be 90%).  It can be dried to powder through  drying one time;
5. After dried, not necessary to crush, sieve therefore reducing productive procedure;

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.

5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
