2. How to install the machine?
A: we can guide customer to installation by video , email, specification. If you need ,we also can arrange workers help you to install it in your paper mill.

3. How do you pack the products?
A: Normally its standard wooden pallet or wooden box.

4. What's your available port of shipment ?
A:Qingdao port normally, but we can shipping the goods to the port as your require.

5. Is it customized available?
A:Yes, according to your require, detailed drawing better. After we both sides confirm the drawing ,will product ASAP.

6. What is the warranty ?
A: 3-6 months normally. We can provide the parts of equipment and technical guide for the whole life of the equipment .

7. Can I visit your company ?
Yes .Our company located in Qinyang City, Henan Province in China, if by plane, it will need about 3 hours from Guangzhou City, 2.5 hours from Shanghai City and 2 hour from Beijing City. We will pick you up from airport as well as the train station. We will also take you to visit our machine running in our Chinese clients' paper mill if you need.
