Introduction:

 

a.High fiame retardant; low smoke; the oxygen index can be up to 56%.Smoke density is less than 5. It won't born within 1200 °C and  only carbonize without drip under fire.

 

b.Good insulation ;low thermal conductivity.Phenolic foam is composed of small closed bubbles which can block the thermal convection formed by heat.Its thermal conductivity is 0.02--0.03 W/m.k, making it possible to save energy.

 

c.Weathering stability,heat resistance. Phenolic foam is able to resist temperature from -60 °C  to 150°C. Besides it's dimensionally stable,non-absorbent.anti-aging and enjoys a long  operating life.

 

d.It is  a kind of CFC-free foam,non-toxic and odorless green buliding material.
