Q:In case of quality problem of laser tube, contact customer service before and after sales to provide the content
A:(1) the label, tube number and delivery date of the laser tube can be provided in picture or video.
(2) the text description of the fault of the laser tube requires recording the video of the laser tube at work to clearly show the color of the light path inside the laser tube and the current state at work.
(3) if the failure of the laser tube cannot be confirmed through pictures and video, the customer shall return the laser tube to our company for testing. If the quality problem of the laser tube is confirmed, our company shall replace a new laser tube and return it to the customer
Q:If the laser cutting machine does not reach the cutting depth, low power situation what to do?
A:Firstly, metering spot can be detected at one end of the output mirror of the laser tube (without passing through the reflector). If the spot is abnormal, the whole tube can be returned to the factory for maintenance.If the spot is normal, it is not a problem with the laser tube. It is recommended to check whether the reflector and focus lens are contaminated.The pipe number and delivery date shall be provided for the whole pipe to be returned to the factory for maintenance, and whether the output window mirror is intact and pollution-free shall be confirmed.
Q:How to deal with positive high voltage end spark?
A:From June to August every year, due to the hot weather and continuous rain in the south, the air humidity is high and high-pressure ignition occurs. According to the experience, the customer is advised to refer to the following pictures for high-pressure protection in summer to ensure that the customer's equipment can work normally. If the fire at the positive high-pressure end is serious, the whole pipe needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance.
