1. HY-C150-Y3 with DB9 pin, it is controlled by 0 ~ 3.3v analog signals or PWM control signal,
Special designed for 60W,80W CMA laser cutting machine manufactured by Yueming factories.
2. High Voltage Power Supply: Input AC 220V or AC 110V Voltage ,Max output DC 50KV.
4. This Power Supply has the” TEST” button which can test output laser manually.
5. The Laser Power Supply has high Output Power, good stability, this can prolong laser tube's service life.
6. Easy Control: The start and stop of laser can be easily controlled by TTL level. either 0 ~ 3.3v analog signals or PWM control signal can control the laser power.
7. The Laser Power Supply has output open circuit protection.
8. This Laser power supply has TTL signal indication, water through signal indication and laser output indication.
9. The power has feedback interface, can be used for closed-loop control, also can be used for testing the laser tube working current.

1. HY-C150-Y3 and Laser Tube Connection diagram
High voltage terminal (HV+) of HY-C150-Y3 power supply should be connected to the positive pole of CO2 laser device. Current circuit of the power supply shall be connected to negative pole (laser output terminal) of laser device, through an ampere meter or directly.
2. Connection of HY-C150-Y3power supply and control board
Connection of control signal(See the wiring diagram of power supply and control interface card))
The control signal shall be reliably connected to control terminal of the power supply HY-C150-Y3 ,And ensure the control board ground, laser power supply case, the shell of a laser machine and computer chassis and reliable together. If the laser lamp can not work properly, should check the control signal is correct or not(include check the voltage specification and logic),if use PWM control as power control,make sure f≥20KHz,Amplitude (peak value) ≤3.3V,Check and make sure protection switch WP connection is correct at same time.
HY-C150-Y3 power supply Manual Test Method
Firstly make sure HY-C150-Y3 power supply and laser tube correct well, disconnect the control terminal and press the button" TEST" on HY-C150-Y3 power supply for 5-10seconds to check if there is laser output from laser tube.This method is easily to judge if power supply is ok.
