This series product applies 4A spherical molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and it can realize deep removal of residual moisture in natural gas, at the same time it can absorb other impurities in natural gas, such as H2S, NH3, SO2, CO2 and etc.. so as to get pure and dry compressed natural gas, which can have very good protection of follow-up equipment such as compressor and gas dispenser, and prolong the service life of equipment.
DT and Dngz series natural gas heating regeneration dryer applies two-tower take turns working system, when one tower is working, the other tower is in the station of regeneration or ready mode; when it finishes regulated work period, then it will change work mode.
The DT and Dngz series product applies whole equipment skid-mounted structure, and it is consisted by dry tower A, dry tower B, safety valve, pneumatic piston cut-off valve, explosion-proof solenoid valves, PLC electric cabinet, explosion-proof electric heater, circulating fan, air cooler, liquid gas separator, inlet gas separator, primary filter, oil removal filter, dust filter, explosion-proof thermal resistance, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, piping system, control system and etc..
