A1.1 Piece for each model. About 3-7 working days for sample shipping and 15 to 35 working days for bulk order.

Q2. If I need sample, could you support?

A2. We can provide you some free samples for some cheap products and most of our products are not free because they are customized by our clients’ drawing. And the delivery fee should be paid by our customer and we will appreciated if you could send us your International Express Account For Freight Collect.

Q3. How do you charge mould fees?

A3. In case need to open new mould for your order, but the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount.

Q4. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?

A4. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
