APPLICATIONS

The airflow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment. It adopts the principle of instantaneous drying. It uses the rapid movement of the hot air to drive the wet materials, so that the wet materials are suspended in the hot air. The powdery materials are dispersed in the pipeline by the high temperature air. The air movement increases the surface area and completes the drying in a short time. This strengthens the entire drying process and increases the rate of heat and mass transfer. The material that has been dried by the airflow can be almost completely removed by the non-bound water. There is no deterioration, and the output can be significantly improved compared to the general dryer. According to the moisture requirements of the material, it can be reinforced and pulverized, and multi-stage drying.

Characteristics

1.The air is heated to about 180-300 °C through the heater and enters the rotary flash dryer. The wet material is fed into the screw feeding mechanism by the conveying device, and the screw feeder can be steplessly regulated.
2.Since the material is micronized by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, it is highly dispersed, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is large, which enhances mass transfer heat transfer and makes the machine have high production intensity.
3. The dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer, which produces a strong swirling airflow, which produces a strong scouring effect on the material on the wall to eliminate the sticking phenomenon.
4. In the high temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, the heat sensitive material is not in direct contact with the hot surface, and a special cooling device is installed to solve the problem of coking discoloration of the heat sensitive material.
