Heating system , air compression system and glue making system , etc . The 3ply,5ply,7ply and multifunction corrugated cardboard productiong line has high middle and low grade with different specification and different quality equipment . On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad , our company has developed and designed these corrugated paperboard production lines with the speed 150/220m/min , the paper width 1400/2200mm and four fluting UV type A , C , B , E for all the customers to choose from.

Single facer
Paper conducting style is fingerless vacuum absorption,which has been equipped with wind adjusting device.

Main bearing adopts fire resistant bubrlcant lubricant grease.
Corrugated roll adopt good quality chrome molybdenum steel making,after heating the hardnedd is HRC55°-60° and the surface is grinded and chrome plated.
the active force adopt frequency motor with frequency controlled,can stepless adjusting speed and the back equipment at the same time.It can adopt magic eye trace system,stop paper automatic ebb gluing and stop the machine.
Mill roll stand
1.The structure is double rotary shaft with four arms;Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
2.Roundplate type manual brake,the web tension is adjusted at any time.3.Arm Clamp and rotary structure set fixed torque clutch,operate safety.
Cutting machine
Rational mechanical structure,rigidity is strong,stability is good have long performance life.All operation control on the same side,easy to operate,the photoelectricity is counted.
Cut the paper rang e to cut vertically for four times,crosscut400mm-2400mm.Cut paper precision±2.5mm.
