Turntable

This machine turntable is made of 10mm thickness steel, double Nylon rollers, concentric welded turntable base, making machine work more quite, and durable. Turntable account we use Omron travel switch, 200000 times long life, you can use 2-3 years.

Electrical parts

Siemens Inverter, Wecon PLC and Touch screen, Schneider Relay and emergency stop button, Wedmuller terminal row. All electrical components are top brands, ensuring machine a long working life.
With start botton, machine operates easily.

1.What's max height of machine?

SM-1517R pallet wrapping machine max height could be customized with your requirements,standard height is 2400mm ,and the max packing height also is 2100mm.

2.What's turntable size?

3.What temperature can the machine operates at?

Usually machine should be operated at above 0 degree.

4.What's the thickness of turntable steel and what do we use to cut the steel?

The thickness of turntable steel is 10mm, and we adopt water cutting teachnology rather than laser cutting.

5.What's max machine bearing capacity?

The max load weight of standard pallet stretch wrapper is 2000KG.
As standard machine is equipped with plastic roller. If the weight of goods to be wrapped is over 2000KG, we need to change plastic rollers in turntable to steel rollerd. 

6.How to put pallets on turntable?

By folklift or by using pallet jack with a ramp (ramp is optional).
