This system is designed based on pure electric vehicle  drive system .  Includes the original permanent magnet synchronous motor, motor controller, main controller, P gear controller, gear  controller and throttle brake, Sensors etc., can truly show the composition and working process of pure electric vehicle drive system. The connecting cable is original, connection same with the original car. Printed with system schematic diagram on the board, actually demonstrate the operation process. Together with the other five devices, they will build a typical training center for BAIC Green Car. Satisfy the teaching and maintenance training  on  pure electric car.

Experiment List

-      Understand the composition and working principle of the motor drive system, learn to identify the drive motor;

-      Understand the parameter variation of power transmission process, motor speed, and fault indicators for electronic control systems;

-      Demonstrate the operation condition of the motor under corresponding control (acceleration, deceleration, and retreat);

-      Understand the high and low voltage circuits and their functions in the drive motor system;

-      Master the basic inspection and maintenance methods on drive motor;

-      Master the detection methods on temperature sensor, motor speed sensor and rotary transformer on the motor;

-      Grasp the test methods on drive motor insulation ;

-      Grasp the detection methods on high voltage and low voltage circuit  for the drive motor control system;

-      Grasp the working principle  as well as the detection and maintenance methods on cooling system for  motor drive system,

-      Grasp decoder usage , read the data flow, fault code, and clear fault code of the power motor and motor drive system;

-      Grasp the disassembly and assembly methods on the motor;

-      Grasp fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on the  drive motor system.
