Technical characters

The whole conduction belt controls the search by computer automatically, solve the positive-negative error of conduction belt during high speed motion.

Conduction belt driving coupling adopt interference fit, clamp rigidity hard wired, faster reponse and higher precision.

The whole machine is HD LCD touch screen, high precision numerical positioning, control precison is 0.001MM, encoder resolution is : 131072P/REV, orientation module operating rate is 1.7 million /minute.

All-digital high precision single-servo conduction band positioning system adopt TaiDa system.High precision reducer ,Conduction drive double-roller bearings,

Printing belt adopt Swiss Rapplon high precision belt,

Machine side adopt  servo motor to control the lifting of screen  frame.
