Product Description
The Hoist is the powered unit for the platform with the climbing structure.
The hoist for ZLP series suspended platform is LTD6.3, LTD8.0, LTD8.0S. It consists of Electromagnetic Brake, Centrifugal Speed Limiter and Dual Speed Reduction System, “α” cable-guiding system (LTD6.3, LTD8.0) and “S” (LTD8.0S) cable-guiding systems. The hoists are driven by the electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor through the worm gear and a pair of reduced gears. The suspended platform will be moved upward and downward with the movement of the hoist.

In the event of a power failure, the electric-mechanical brake can be manually released in order to ensure safe and controlled lowering of the load. Safe lowering mechanism is guaranteed by the integrated centrifugal force brake.
