Automatic sleeving labeling machine is suitable for kinds of bottle types, for example: round bottle, square bottle, flat bottle, curve bottle and cup-shaped

Driving unit:

Synchronized transmission and drive by gear with one belt. The change of transmission belt will be finished quickly. Compared to the type of traditional multilayer whose change and maintain need more than six hours, its maintenance is easy and maintain is simple, so it doesn’t influence production.

Cutter head unit:

The new style cutting knife droved by servo motor, with high speed, more stable and precise, shrinks perfectively.Synchronous locating device enables the tolerable error to1mm.Unit cutter head plane design in China which applies to the container of D30mm—D130mm.You never need to change or debug it. Cutter head original transducer is inside the cutter head and when you take down cutter head, you do not need to correct the synchronous belt. It also has unique light touch human-machine screen, that means, auto search original location as well as safety and convenience which is ahead of other congener products.

Label feeding unit:

Single material shelf with reasonable height in order to make it convenient to install label. It adopts rotary potentiometer which enable the label feeding stable and fluent and avoid the error label length, label block and other problem when label feeding servo convey the label. It will stop automatically and give alarm light and also display on the touch screen.

Clean down unit:

Adopt with motor coordinating with double circular arc synchronous belt makes clean down plastic core-rubber-tires synchronously and ensures the label casting stably.

Bottle carrying system:

Adopted with mechanical transmission to drive the positioning belt on both sides. While changing the whole bottle carrying unit, the down and up, width are all controlled by one hand wheel aiming to synchronously and swiftly adjust.

Machine head up and down unit:

It adopts motor to up and down which enable the operation more convenient.

Electrical Configuration

It adopts PLC programmable controller, imported servo motor, servo driver, frequency converter and transducer; also, it adopts the positioning module to ensure the casting label precise, rapid and stable.

Installation and Debugging
-- We will send engineers to carry out installation and debugging of the equipment in buyer's place if requested.
-- The cost for International double ways air tickets, accommodations, food and transportations, medical shall be paid by Buyer for the engineers. 
-- The normal debugging term is 3-7days, and the buyer should pay US$80/day per engineer.
-- If customer do not require above, then customer need to be train in our factory. Before installation, the customer need read the operation manual firstly. Meanwhile, we will offer an operation video to customer.

Training
-- We offer machines training system; the customer can choose training in our factory or in customer workshop. The normal training days are 1-2 days.

Warranty
-- The sold machine will be guarantee in one year.
-- In the guarantee year, any spare parts broken due to supplier's quality issue the spare parts will be supplied free for customer, customer need to pay the freight cost if the parcel weight more than 500gram.
-- The easy wearing out spare parts are not in the warranty terms, such as O rings, belts which will be supplied with the machine for one year using.
