Packaging & Shipping

The normal package is 7 layers corrugate carton box.Plywood and fumigated wood packing is available according to customers special request.

 

FAQ

 

A.1) Package:Wooden Package or Pallet Package

A.2) Payment: by 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance should be paid 10 days before shipment. Or 100% L/C at sight.

A.3) Delivery: 7-15 days after we get the down payment.                                            

A.4) Warranty: All huakun Power goods are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 12 months from date of despatch or 1000 running hours from date of commissioning whichever date occurs the sooner.

During the guarantee period, our company would be responsible for problems caused 

by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of genset 

caused by incorrect manmade operation. After expiration, our company provides cost 

maintenance for gensets.

 

Technical Support and Generator operation manual is provided by HUAFENG ENGINEER,

what’s more,we supply all kinds spare parts for maintenance.

Full set of Engine/Atlernator/Generator operation&maintenance manuals are provide 

with each generator.

 

HUAKUN  Power testing System

Before deliver gensets to you each generator set  will test the quality for 1.5H  with below performance: --Different loading performance (0%,25%,50%,75%,100%,110%) --Heat run test --Insulation resistance test --starting test --tests of all alarm and timing relays
